Synopsis
BAGHDAD ER is a painfully honest glimpse at the horror and heroism on display every day in Iraq’s busiest trauma center. It follows the staff of the U.S. Army’s 86th Combat Support Hospital (CSH) in Baghdad – and the lives that are saved and lost within the hospital’s halls during the summer of 2005. Sometimes graphic in its depiction of combat-related wounds, BAGHDAD ER offers an unflinching and candid account of the realities of war.
