Synopsis
CLOSING STAGES is a about lost opportunities, misplaced love, getting old, feeling lost in a new country and desperately trying to re-live the past through memories. After migrating to Sydney from St Petersburg, Boris meets his former lover, Anuska, by chance on her last day in the city. Last time they saw each other was fifteen years ago… he was madly in love with her but the affair ended. Boris spent years trying to understand why she left him. The scars of insecurities marked by this affair had never really left Boris. Now he is finally presented with an opportunity for a closure.
