All About Evo
Jun 15, 2006 06:11PM
Evo was completed in May 2006. It's a two and a half minute animated film. With both abstract and figurative sequences, Evo is a short film about Evolution. Charting humankind's progress through time from the oceans to the cities; Evo is a kind of an uber-timelapse film, compressing a few million years into a couple of minutes.
Some of the story of making this film is posted on my proper blog over at http://www.chrisgavin.com
Nobody really needs two blogs do they? so I'll mostly be updating there instead of here.
Evo has just had its first public screening. On June 10th 2006 it was shown at london's Institute of Contemporary Arts as part of the OneDotZero Festival.
