Film Description:
Synopsis
Scott, played by musician Nicolas Fair, is a musician who is having trouble making his second album. After a blowout with his record label, Scott goes down south to think about what to do next. Scott and his Roadie, played by musician Jesus Perez, go to the River and talk about life. Scott recalls a time when he met his father (a folk star from the 70's), a subject he never talks about and remembers a past love (a girlfriend he broke up with because he was afraid they were getting too close). Just when Scott looks like he may have found some peace, Fate has something else in mind. Based on the last days of Jeff Buckley.

Our first festival and we won Best Actor! The Corpus Christi 7 Day Film Project had us make a film in 7 days using three elements (Prop, Line of Dialogue and Character) and creatively present a film. We met the challenge and had a great time. We are now looking for more festivals to enter.
"Fate" was inspired by the last days of Jeff Buckley.
