When my client brings their stressed body to my table, when my hands sliding on a surface of there body parts, when my fingers following shapes of the bones and muscles and joins, I can feel life in it, flexibility, passions. I want to jump under the skin and release them from stress and stagnation from which they suffer from. The only way I can help them is to move and dig with my pointy finger on a surface of their skin, or using my elbow for more power. What I discover it is very interesting - muscles will relies the tension- bones-will get aliened- client will feel good. Therefore, massaging body parts it is necessity- it is not luxury, only spoil- reach people can afford massage every day. I agree it is expensive to see massage therapist every day. Massaging my self won’t cost me anything but time
