Film Description:
Synopsis
Six months after the death of his brother Matt, Rick Miller still can’t cope with reality. Sleepless nights, and a battle with his bottle is putting a deep strain on his marriage with his wife, Michelle. The only thing that helps take away the pain is those long midnight drives with his brother’s wife, Julia. Eight months pregnant, and all the more beautiful for it Julia’s grief over Matt’s death leads her straight into the arms of her former high school love Rick. As they take a drive to calm their nerves, issues they have been ignoring come up. As they discuss their broken, on again, off again relationship, they see a pattern. Meanwhile Rick’s wife, Michelle has waken and begins to look for her missing husband. Can Rick and Julia ignore the long standing chemistry between them forever? Or will the night end with despair and heartache?

This film blows! Very slow and dark. I hope that director Crystal Bishop's next film piece is more entertaining. Don't quit your day job :(

The tragic loss of hidden love can obscure truth from the mind causing devastating effects back in reality. Never have I been so moved in such a short time by this type of scenario as with Midnight Drive. I hope to see more films by director 'Crystal Bishop'.
