Synopsis
'Hollow Heart' is an animated music video for Film School guitarist, Nyles Lannon. A girl who is in mourning over lost love is comforted by an admirer. With the help of encouraging words she takes notice of nature's beauty around her, and is filled with hope (and colour) in the end. Done entirely in Adobe After Effects, this video is one of the premiere examples of the ever popular 'growing vine' animation style. Directed and animated by MTV alumni, Merle Becker.
