Irrepressible and self-centered, Cerina Strickland is the kind of person most folks wouldn?t want as a friend. Trouble has a way of sliding off her and right into the laps of those around her. Actually, it doesn?t slide off her so much as she just shoves it off. Her big sister Tabitha isn?t much better. But they do have one friend, a take-no crap-kind of guy named Stuart Clemons, who, since, childhood, has been the one constant in their lives apart from each other. Stuart is the girls? guardian, shielding them from the wrath of those they have trampled in an ever-expanding series of inevitably dysfunctional relationships. And the girls want nothing but the best for their pal Stuart...unless of course it happens to interfere with his ability to respond to their problems at a moment?s notice. Things come to a head when Cerina attempts to sabotage Stuart?s burgeoning relationship with Bridgett, a whimsical divorcee she ironically fixed him up with. The sisters? friendship with Stuart becomes strained, possibly to the breaking point.
