Film Description:
Synopsis
Chinatown in Manhattan is like a traditional village set in Manhattan. A tightly packed neighborhood of winding and overcrowded streets. Tung Tak Chiu’s days are spent at Noodle Company right in the ‘village’. He is the man for all jobs in this busy factory. A delightfully humorous individual, with an animated face - with movements that could belong to a dancer. A day in the life of the ‘Noodle Man’, walking the streets, shopping, working to create traditional hand made noodles. After work a game of checkers, shopping for food and home for a lonely meal. An ordinary day for many hard working residents of Chinatown, but this charming man brings an insight into a “day in the life” that few visitors will see.
