Well, it's been quite the busy year for myself and UnSAFE Film Office. Finally things are turning out as planned and I'm working with and meeting some really cool and talented people. The last short film I did, RED SEVEN, recently won the award for Best Acting at the Project Twenty1 film festival in Philadelphia. www.projecttwenty1.com It was also nominated for Best Marketing, Best Directing and Best Film. I'm going to be conservative on festival submissions however as 1) I don't feel I really need the "validation" as an artist per se; and 2) unless I or one of the people who worked on the film can attend in order to network at any festival who graciously accepts a submission, I can't come up with a single solid good reason why I should spend hard earned cash on anything other than continuing to make more films and posting them on free streaming media services such as YouTube, MySpace, Revver, LiveVideo and the like.
